Refund and Returns Policy

At Agha Jewellers, we take immense pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our 1 Carat, Gold, and Silver collections. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Return Conditions

We accept returns under the following conditions:

• Items must be returned within 7 days of the delivery date.
• The item must be in its original, unworn, and unaltered condition.
• All original packaging, certificates (especially for 1 Carat diamonds), and receipts must be included.
• Items showing signs of wear or those that have been resized or damaged cannot be accepted for return.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Please note that the following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

• Custom-made or Bespoke orders: Pieces designed specifically to your requirements.
• Nose pins and Earrings: Due to hygiene and safety standards.
• Sale or Promotional items: Any item purchased during a clearance or special event.

3. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund:

• If approved, the refund will be processed via your original payment method or bank transfer.
• Please allow 7-10 business days for the credit to appear in your account.
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different design or size:

• Any price difference between the original and the new item must be settled before shipping.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

In the rare event that you receive a damaged or incorrect piece, please notify us immediately at info@aghajeweller.com with photos of the item. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

6. Shipping for Returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
